Information on Admission to K1 Classes in the 2022/23 School Year

A. Collection of application Forms (No quota):

  1. Download from school website www.carbo.edu.hk   “Download Application Form”
  2. Obtain from school in person
  3. Request by post ( stamped envelope) Address1/F, Commercial Block of Wing Fok Centre, No1,Luen Chit Street, Fanling N.T.

B. Distribution Period:

  1. Date: Start from 15/09/2021 (Wednesday)
  2. Time:9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.(Mondays to Fridays) /9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.(Saturdays)

C.Return of Application Forms (No set quota for the Kindergarten) :

  1. Date:Start from 20/09/2021 (Monday)(except holidays and Sundays)
  2. Time: 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Mondays to Fridays) / 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Saturdays)
  3. Return method:Submit the application in person by post[together with the documents required (including identity document)]
    1. Copy of birth certificate
    2. Copy of immunization record
    3. Two stamped envelopes
    4. One passport size photo attached on the application form
  4. Application fee:HK$40
    • To be collected together with the application form:For mail applicants,
    • please include a cheque for HK$40 made payable to “ Carbo Anglo-Chinese Kindergarten (Fanling)”).

D. Arrangement for admission application of Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Children:

  1. When interviewing NCS children, interpretationand/ortranslation service for applicants will be provided where necessary,or parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication.

  3. Support to Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Children
    Received Grant for Support to NCS Students, school will create an enriched language environment for mastery of the Chinese language ,create an inclusive learning environment to facilitate students’ integration and collaborate with non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to create an inclusive learning environment.
